DELIVERING EXCELENCE IS OUR FOUNDATION

Daedalus Designs & Construction was founded in 2015 to humbly serve the South Florida Community by providing a complete all-in-one service, backed by over 20 years of experience in the Construction Industry. In our beginnings, we started providing solutions for outdoor living spaces, using horticultural and sustainable practices. Througout the years we've continued to evolve and expand our services to meet all of our client's needs.

DD&C is now a multi-faceted firm experienced, certified and licensed to offer design-build, construction management and development. Our highly-trained team consists of project managers, superintendents, and trade foremen with a vast experience of all key elements of construction. While we have a great and long relationship with our subcontractors, our in-house team is certified and experienced to self-perform framing/drywall, windows & doors, roofing, plumbing and engineering trades. Our firm also works through a collaborative approach with top leaders in Architecture and Design to bring to life our client's ideas and goals.

Recognizing many deficiencies within the construction industry, our mission has been to focus on providing a superb craftmanship and most importantly "a perfect final product" for our clients. Luis M. Garcia

Founder and President

From a young age, Luis M. Garcia, was raised around the Real Estate and Construction industry. Both parents after migrating from Cuba worked with developers and contractors in the Miami area. This lead for Luis to pursue undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering from Florida International University. Since the age of 18, he decided to take a career path in construction, working through different roles while in college and gaining vast experience in the field.

Taking leadership roles in the industry and pursuing personal development, enabled him to create a unique opportunity to identify potentials and deficienies throughout the construction process. As a natural leader, Mr. Garcia enjoys training and sharing his knowledge with his team to create a superior and exclusive expertise in managing building needs. He has managed and completed exciting projects throughout his construction career; but also has served as consultant and mentor to others in their expansion to Europe, Africa, and South America.

Mr. Garcia continued his education after achieving a Civil Engineering degree, pursuing studies in Horticulture and Landscape Architecture. He has also received certification as a LEED Accredited Professional, ISA Arborist, and OSHA. As a builder, he is certified in the state of Florida as General Contractor, Roofing Contractor, Plumbing Contractor, and Engineering Contractor. Most recently, Mr. Garcia pursued Master's studies in Commercial Real Estate from Georgetown University.
